Identity Today
The international symposium BIB 2013 has been focused on theme " Identity Today, or National Cultural Identity of Illustration in Times of Globalization". In the sphere of book illustration we witness the phenomenon that globalization of local traditions and inter-regional differences become smaller and less prominent while the development of homogenous global culture is being promoted. Modern technologies make connection between countries faster and contribute very much to development of globalization.
